These may seem like common sense behaviors but I can tell you from 2 prior experiences with other agents that this is not always a standard practice. n nI also noticed that even though Michelle has several other listings I never felt like I was second fiddle to anyone. Michelle was very professional while going through the home buying process. The home inspector that Michelle used was very thorough, which was exactly what we wanted since we were purchasing a foreclosure. Any and all questions we had, she responded to very quickly.
